Trade License

 

Commercial License: Import, Export, Distribution, consolidation, storage or warehousing of items specific in the license, maximum limit is three similar product lines.

General Trading: Can be obtained under a commercial license that allows a large number of products.

 

Service license

 

The holder can only carry out services that are specified in this license. Usually, all services are permitted unless restricted by local and Federal authorities.

 

Industrial License

 

Import of raw materials, manufacturing, processing, assembling, packaging and exporting the finished product.

2) Hamriyah Free Zone

The Emiri decree set up the Hamriya Free zone in 1995. This free zone enjoys its strategic location in the industrial base of Sharjah, providing easy access to countries all over the world, through sea, land and air. This location holds leverage over time zones and is completely structured and secure when it comes to fully convertible currencies. The Licenses offered in Hamriyah Free Zone:

 

Commercial License

 

The holder can import, export, sell, distribute and store items specified on the license. The finished products can be sold in the UAE through a local agent that the holder specifies.

 

Service License

 

This license holder can carry out the services that are specified on the license only within the Hamriyah Free Zone.

 

Industrial License

 

With this license, the holder would be able to manufacture, process and assemble specified products through the import of raw materials. If the holder needs to sell the product within the UAE, he can do so using a local distributer. He can also export the finished products to any country outside of the UAE.
