Licenses offered:


Commercial License:

This license allows import, export, distribution and storing of items specified on the license. You are permitted to have 3 different or 10 similar product lines.


General Trading License:

This license allows the license holder to participate in trading activities and trade all commodities permitted within the UAE. Based on the company’s operations, certain commodities such as explosives cannot be traded as they require additional authorization and approvals.


Consultancy License:

Step 2:  The Right Entity


UAQ FTZ offers three ways to establish your business:


  • For 1 shareholder: A Free Zone Establishment (FZE)
  • For 2-50 shareholders: A Free Zone Company (FZC)

Step 3: The Right Facility

Step 4: Getting documents ready
